File the "Planet of the Apes" reboot right next to
"Spider-Man" in my Is This Completely Necessary? folder -- I was offered a private screening with colleagues and couldn't even bother -- but that doesn't mean I won't enjoy seeing James Franco making the publicity rounds.

Oddly enough, I only just got around to seeing the 2001 version recently. I would have gladly gone and seen this new movie even though I think its still too early. Oh well.
ReplyDeleteYou know it is not remake of the 2001 Marky Mark vehicle but rather a reworking of 1972's "Conquest of the Planet of the Apes".
