HIV+ people have a responsibility to inform their potential partners of their status as does anyone who knows he/she has any other STD. Syphilis, HPV, gonorrhea, etc., they're all communicable diseases. Some of them can kill like HIV.

How many lives are ruined because someone was more interested in his sexual satisfaction than the health of others? According to the article, he is known to have infected 5 people. How many other are out there? Did these people unknowingly infect others?

Okay. You post a pic with a little bit of dick showing and it goes behind a wall that requires that I confirm my adult status. Which is fine. But this morning I innocently scroll down the page and am confronted by that picture of the Pope! Does that not require two or three levels of consent? The first being "Are you sure you want to see this nasty picture," the second being, "No really. It's nasty. Are you sure;" and so on.

I still think it's a bit unfounded that SJP was voted least sexiest woman alive. Surely there are worse. What about Amy Winehouse, Kelly Osbourne, etc.? Weird.
