I have very little Ryan Murphy experience. But after finishing "The Watcher," I now understand what something's being "sooooo Ryan Murphy" means. Yikes.
How does something start out so strong and end so weak?
Because it should have been a two hour movie. Have you been watching the new season of American Horror Story New York? Sexy Russell Tovey is a detective hunting a serial killer who is killing gay men. The plot is a loose remake of "Crusing" meets "Seven" This is one of the best seasons and very gay
Every show he does. First 2-3 episodes sorta solid, then shitshow till the end. It amazes me he still gets the development deals he does. He's horrible.
I haven’t made it to the end of the show yet, but I am finding most of his work to be approaching unwatchability lately.

ReplyDeleteAnswer: Bad writing based on over ambition which drags the story way beyond it's ability to hold the audience.
