Song of the Day: 'Wish I Didn't Miss You' by Angie Stone


 Heard this over the weekend and wasn't sure why it was so reminiscent. Still not sure, but it's a memorable moment nonetheless.

    The music is from the O'Jays' "Backstabbers," but the lyrics are all Angie. That's why it feels reminiscent.

    It sounds like it may have sampled "Back Stabbers" by the O'Jays ... perhaps that is what you are hearing?
