I had a doctor friend who said that when she was in med school, you learned to do prostate exams by practicing on people who had the actual job title of "anal model". And yes, the anal model would give the students quite a bit of constructive feedback on how to improve their technique.
I wonder how it reacts to a cold-start fisting.
