The footage shows POTUS, in a black tracksuit with headphones in his ears, doing a series of weight lifting exercises before he broke a sweat on an elliptical machine. 

 I doubt there was a security risk, but I'm happy to see I'm not the only one who looks like a complete doofus while working out! Watch HERE.
