I got the flu during Christmas holiday in Texas. It took me an additional 2 weeks back in CA to finally get better. I recommend: SLOW DOWN. Take lots of liquids, rest, and just relax. You don't want the flu to take to long. And as Greg says, drink plenty of liquids, especially water and teas (e.g., from the ginger root).
