Susanna Hoffs' '60s-inspired new LP reminded me of this gem from Swing Out Sister, who were in Jimmy Webb heaven back on their 1989 sophomore release. The band's subsequent records were hit or miss, but everything on "Kaleidoscope World" is decidedly in focus.
