
With the upcoming "Hunger Games," Liam Hemsworth looks to follow in the big-screen-success footsteps of brother Chris (aka "Thor". I'd never heard of the book until the movie was announced -- a cursory look at its Wikipedia page tells me it's young adult fare that encompasses everything I am not interested in one book -- but it will be interesting to see if two hunky brothers can simultaneously make names for themselves in Hollywood, a feat I remember quite fondly during Alec and Billy Baldwin's "Miami Blue" and "Three of Hearts" days. ReplyDeleteI had been told Hunger Games was like a YA Ender's Game and would have bought it, just to get that good plot without Card's evil now tainting it. Wiki disabused me of that notion. Still might read it tho'. A good YA book is just like any other, just with less graphic sex and slightly less graphic violence...
