    maybe you can translate it as Nadal has a good "culo en pompa"

    bubble = pompa
    butt = culo

    you say this in spanish when someone shows the end of the back up the natural curve and lift the butt.

    Anyhow Rafa has it in a natural way.

    "culito respingón" is the most adecuate conversion (no translation).
