Here's a look at the fab new Dream Hotel on West 16th Street. It seems to have occupied the space where XL used to reside -- and more. I know Josh Wood has been promoting a rooftop pool party there this summer -- anyone been? -- but I haven't set foot in the joint yet. Sounds fun!
