In theory, a film based on the true-life experiences of four combat photographers capturing the final days of apartheid in South Africa sounds like a winner. But throw Ryan Phillippe -- the Rob Lowe of his generation -- into the mix, doing an accent, and suddenly things aren't looking so good. Nonetheless, with (a half-naked) Taylor Kitsch in his first "big" movie role, I'll probably end up seeing "The Bang Bang Club" anyway.
