Was this taken in downtown Manhattan? I work in Fed Plaza, and I've seen this guy with a cat on his head a couple of times at lunch walking around. It always makes me smile! I mean, who doesn't like a man with a cat on his head?
Maybe he is auditioning for the sequel to The Cat In The Hat? This will be The Cat On The Hat.
