It’s a wonderful race event that has a culture unique to itself.” -- Ross Mirkarimi, a San Francisco city supervisor, channeling Harvey Milk while reacting to news that a strict no-alcohol, no-nudity policy will be enforced at the city's annual Bay to Breakers race. Mirkarimi plans to introduce a symbolic resolution calling for some wiggle room when it comes nudity and wheeled floats, which were also newly barred from this year’s race, scheduled for May 17.
