A pal of mine on the Left Coast tells me that he and his friends have been lamenting the fact that younger gay guys seem to be much more into long board shorts than they are Speedos. He's hoping that this trend of “short” board shorts -- showcased here in the L.A. Times -- will catch on soon ...
We gotta stay one step ahead of the hipsters, who have completely co-opted short-shorts (especially the jeans-cut-so-short-that-the-pockets-hang-down variety)
