God help me. I have (essentially) been in bed
nonstop for the past three days. Couldn't even go to work today and am not sure if I will be able to go tomorrow, even though I HAVE to. I definitely have the flu -- crazy fever and the hallucination-filled nightmares that accompany it. (Who knew I was involved in the Sonny Von Bulow affair?) I honestly didn't know my body could ache this much (my hair even hurts!).
Yes. I am still getting over a very bad flu from mid-January. Do not expect to bounce back from this awful thing very fast, I'm afraid.
ReplyDeleteDo your best to relax until you feel a little better. There's an old saying, "the cemeteries are filled with indispensable people"
ReplyDeleteOh man, sorry you're so sick! Take Nyquil for the body aches (and hair aches!) I still swear by it as the miracle drug for suppressing symptoms. Call me later! (no) lol
ReplyDeleteHope you get well soon :)
ReplyDelete72 hrs.? demasiado, jajaja
ReplyDeleteTu blog es muy bueno. Un beso desde Madrid, Spain.

Oh no! The flu sucks. I hope you feel better soon, buddy. Remember, drink plenty of water, take the appropriate drugs, etc. (Just don't go all Heath Ledger on us.) Heal, my friend.
ReplyDeleteSorry you are so sick, Michael. Get better quickly.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a nurse in attendance. And that you have good meds too. Seriously, somebody helping you??
ReplyDeleteDon't go out if you have a fever!!!!
Too dangerous.
Best to you.
Feel better soon!
ReplyDeleteYou're going to lose your Gay card if don't go to the gym. FEEL BETTER MAN!
ReplyDeleteFeel better Kenneth!
ReplyDeleteI hope you are feeling better. The hair hurt flu is a nightmare but your fever-induced dreams are a hoot (Von Bulow?)
ReplyDeleteHey Kenneth,
ReplyDeleteSorry to hear that you are not well. Take good care of yourself
regards
bala
stop blogging and get better!!
ReplyDeleteMake sure you call the doctor. There are some nasty and dangerous strains of the flu virus out there this season.
ReplyDeleteNo wonder you feel so awful, it's bad karma from the whole Sonny Von Bulow thing. Just kidding, for all the overly literal minds out there.
ReplyDeletePlease feel better so you can keep blogging. Gawker just ain't cutting it.
Get better!
ReplyDeleteI hope you're better soon. I miss reading your blog. Scary how dependant I can get.
ReplyDeleteUGH. That sounds bad. Hope you're back to feeling better real soon. Funny thing about Sonny Von Bulow...
ReplyDeleteI watched a show on the telly the other day and about the Von Bulow affair and they didn't interview you. :-)
Dreams can haunt. Last Thursday Brad Pitt came into my dream to tell me his wife died.
ReplyDeleteAre they in trouble or something? I don't think you have to take dreams literally.
What is curious is that I did not know Brad knew me. But maybe he did see me watching him all these years.
The less I think about this, the better.
ejay
PS Feeling any better, Kenneth?
I watched the same show about the Von Bulow affair that cm watched. Didn't see you in it.
ReplyDeleteHope you get to feeling better. Nothings worse than having hair that hurts. OUCH!
