While normally I'm well-ensconced in my Phil Spector and Frank Sinatra Christmas collections by this time of the year, for some reason I find myself obsessed with playing Juice Newton's "Greatest Hits" over and over and over. (God, she's good!) Anyone else experiencing this?
I found a Juice Newton vinyl album in a Dumpster in Chicago and played it and LOVED IT and have loved her ever since.

Ohmigod. I haven't tasted Juice since "Video Jukebox" back in the day. The video for "Love's Been A Little Bit Hard on Me" kracked me up.
ReplyDeleteI went through a SERIOUS Juice Newton phase earlier this fall - playing "Love's Been A Little Bit Hard On Me" more times than is probably healthy. She is very good and always enjoyable.
