I had the pleasure of meeting Belinda Carlisle yesterday at a promotional event for her new album at the Borders/Time Warner Center. She's every bit as gorgeous in person -- sweet and really fun to talk to. It was extra cool that my online buddy (and her good friend) Jack E. Jett happened to be with her. If you haven't already, make sure you check out her excellent new disc (sung entirely in French) called Voila. A big thank-you to Daryl for being so kind to include me in the festivities.
