    Keith's GYm Free Workout:
    1. Be born with freakish genes.
    2. Work out for 10 hours a day for 20 years.
    3. Stop going to the gym.
    4. Run 10 miles a day. Not in a gym!
    5. Do 4000 situps a day. Not in a gym!
    6. Do the full series of ashtanga workout twice a day. Not in a gym!
    7. Lift heavy things all the time. Not in a gym!
    8. DO NOT eat. Unless it's a protein shake.

    It is totally possible to have a body like that and not go to the gym. I HATE gyms, and do everything I need to stay in shape outdoors or in other venues - running, swimming, climbing, yoga, and free weights. Not that my body is as good as his, but it's better than average by far (7% body fat), and I have a few friends with bodies that good or better who never go near a gym.
